May the world treat you, the way you have treated others. 40 years with State Farm. 10 years with this office. Never a claim on my Homeowners. Considerable Hail and Wind damage to my roof. Spoke with Jan Boze in the Gallatin Office who was rude and disrespectful. She spoke over me, essentially called me a liar and took an extremely adversarial role that was aggressive, demeaning and unprofessional from my limited experience with her. Numerous games and stall tactics from State Farm. All the Adjusters I have spoken with sound like recruits from Spirit Airlines. Cancelled ALL my policies but one and that's next. I do NOT recommend this office. In 10 years I have never found them to be an advocate in any way shape or form."
